Although Formby Golf Club has been the course chosen for so many Ladies Championships, Formby Ladies Golf Club has a course which is itself a Championship Course. Founded in 1896 it has its own Clubhouse and is managed independently from Formby Golf Club. It is a club that is unique and should not be missed by a visitor to Formby or the North West of England.
