Dress Code & Course Etiquette
	Formby Golf Club maintains a strict dress code and course etiquette standards and to avoid embarrassment to visitors or members guests the following rules are to be observed.
In the Clubhouse
Ground floor	Smart casual golf attire is permitted in the ground floor bars. The wearing of shorts is not allowed in any area of the Clubhouse. Golf shoes are only permitted in the Locker Room or for ladies to access their changing area from the Main Entrance.
First floor	Jackets and ties are required.
Mobile Phones	The use of mobile telephones in any area of the Clubhouse is strictly prohibited.
