Formby to host Amateur Championship 2009
Formby Golf Club is host to the
Amateur Golf Championship this year, between 15th and 20th June, 2009.
Formby will be celebrating its 125th anniversary in 2009 which, coinciding with
hosting the Amateur will form the basis of an exciting year. This will be the 4th
time that Formby will have hosted The Amateur Championship. There will be visiting
players from more than 20 different countries.
