Formby Golf club host a number of corporate
golf days during the year and we are especially pleased to welcome several companies
who return year after year for their annual ‘Formby Experience’.
These exclusive
days are perfect for making a lasting impression on all your clients. Planning
your day could not be easier and our dedicated booking team are ready to help make
your day a success.

The available tee times are from 9:38am – 12:26pm & 1:38pm onwards.
Catering on arrival
Bacon rolls and coffee, soup and sandwich, lunch or a finger buffet are served in
the Hall Bar, make ideal snacks before golf.
Registration
A registration table can be set up for your guest registration and a number of power
points are available for laptops. If required the professional is more than
willing to manage the scorecards and calculate the winners.
Green Fee
The green fee includes the use of the practice ground, short practice area and the
putting green. Nearest the pin and longest drive competitions are always a favourite.
On course branding is welcomed and your company flag can have the prime spot. We
are on hand to assist you to create the impact you want on your day.
Welcome packs
A variety of products of your choice can be included in a welcome pack, these include
Course guides, golf balls, tee pegs, markers, chocolate, water etc.
Halfway House
As a halfway house option, our caravan can be placed on the 12th tee (please note
this would have to be manned by a member of your party and the stock would be at
an extra cost).
Dining Room
From a carvery to a 3 or 4 course meal our spacious Dining Room can accommodate
up to 120 people. Table plans and menu can be printed and personalised with your
company logo for that added touch. A prize presentation table and a PA system are
available for that special after dinner speech and winning presentation.
Dormy House
The Dormy House which can sleep up to 10 people can also be reserved for your day.
We have 4 twin rooms and 2 single rooms with shared shower and bathroom facilities.
The cost is £35.00 per person per night which includes a full English breakfast.
